Meet the Team

David Schellingerhoudt

Partner, Architect AIBC

David is a registered Architect in British Columbia, with 12 + years working in the field. He holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Waterloo. Before forming Together David was an integral part of SLA in Vancouver where he was the project lead for the Oceanfront Squamish Masterplan and Presentation Center, among many other projects - large and small. 

David is undaunted by scale and complexity and understands how to bring a team together around a project. He is a friendly, genuine, and a skilled project leader. 

He is a sketcher, a dad, a deep thinker, and a lover of the outdoors. When not in the office he can be found out in the mountains on his bike or hiking and camping with his family.

Lindsey Nette

Partner, Design Director, IAP AIBC

Lindsey holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Waterloo, and has over 12 years of experience working in the field. Before joining Together, Lindsey was a dedicated member of the team at Marianne Amodio and Harley Grusko Architects Inc., where she served as the project lead of several award winning missing middle housing projects including the multi-generational ‘Union House’, and the restoration and infill expansion of the ‘Broadhurst and Whitaker Block’.

Lindsey is also an Adjunct Professor at The University of British Columbia School of Architecture.

She is a potter, a full-time mom, and a lover of all things handmade. You can always find her creating things in the studio, or out collecting leaves and seashells with her daughter.

Sarah Boila

Intern Architect AIBC

Sarah is an Intern Architect in British Columbia with a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of British Columbia. She has 2+ years of experience working across a range of project types and scales, first at Campos Studio with a focus on residential spaces and subsequently at StudioHub Architects, where she was a project lead on larger scale institutional projects. Sarah also holds a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Manitoba and worked for 1.5 years as a Structural Engineer in Training. Now working in architecture, the foundation that comes with her technical background has been invaluable in supporting the conceptual and creative focus that makes spaces meaningful. 

Sarah is a team player with an appreciation for everyday spaces. When not in the office you can find her out for a run, or working on small crafts around the home.

Jackson Senner

Intern Architect AIBC

Jackson is an Intern Architect in British Columbia with 4+ years of experience working in the field. He managed projects at VFA in Toronto before relocating to Halifax to obtain his Masters Degree in Architecture from Dalhousie University. 

Jackson is interested in sustainable architecture–both environmentally and socially, thinking about how to help build strong, equitable, long lasting communities. 

He is a (very) amateur woodworker and an avid bowler endlessly trying for that perfect game.
